Yarra Botanica is a two-level floating bar and eatery moored on the Yarra River along the Southbank Promenade. The venue celebrates Victorian produce through a seasonal share menu — sourcing 90% of its ingredients from local suppliers including all-female operations and small family farms — alongside an all-Victorian drinks list of craft beers, boutique wines, and signature cocktails.
