About Waxflower

Waxflower is a Brunswick wine and listening bar built around a bespoke audiophile sound system with nightly vinyl DJs. The kitchen, led by Head Chef Dave Falvey, turns out seasonal small plates drawing from European and Peruvian influences, paired with a rotating list of natural and minimal-intervention wines, local craft beers on tap, and considered cocktails. Housed in a warmly treated acoustic space, it draws a neighbourhood crowd for long afternoons and late evenings.
