About Tulum

Coskun Uysal's one-hatted Turkish dining room on Carlisle Street — opened in 2016 after kitchens at Attica and Vue de Monde, and still trading as a contemporary Anatolian institution. The 52-seat room (plus footpath tables) pairs exposed brick with turquoise Portuguese fish-scale tiles and Troupe Studio leather-and-marble details; staff narrate each plate's regional story. Share-style mezze and mains on the May 2026 a la carte menu span su böreği with Victorian black truffle, sumac-cured lakerda, grilled spatchcock and Anatolian tray-baked lamb kebab, alongside Taste of Tulum seven-course degustation ($110 pp) and Sofra six-course sharing menu ($95 pp). At the rear, KISMET Mezze Bar runs a separate traditional Turkish tavern menu with white tablecloths and Saturday-lunch qanun music. Dinner Tue–Sat from 5pm; Saturday lunch 12–3pm; book via the official reserve page or OpenTable; private events Sun–Mon when the main room is closed.
