Truffles Patisserie is a fixed-location Carlisle Street cafe at the Chapel Street corner, pairing Polish heritage baking with a Latin breakfast-and-lunch menu. The Colombian side shows up in dishes such as arepa, empanadas, papa rellena, and a Colombian Breakfast built on arepa with chorizo and chimichurri; the Polish side includes pierogi, bigos hunter's stew, and borscht. House pastries and cakes are baked on site, but the savory Polish–Colombian crossover is the draw.
