Tokyo Motto is Spring Chee's day-to-night Japanese diner in Midcity Centre on Bourke Street. Lunch and early dinner lean into omurice with aged golden curry, thick-cut sous-vide katsu, donburi and playful bowls like spicy miso ramen topped with soft-serve. From 9pm the neon-lit room shifts into an izakaya-style late service with karaage, takoyaki, beer, sake and cocktails. Walk-ins only.
