About Three Elephants & Co.
Three Elephants & Co. is a Sri Lankan restaurant that opened in July 2019 on Fitzroy Street, St Kilda, opposite the historic old French Embassy. Founded by Chef Laki, the menu draws on over 2,500 years of Sri Lankan culinary tradition, using spices and techniques rooted in ancient culture and medicinal wisdom.
