The Bund is a walk-up Shanghai-style dumpling and noodle stall in Queen Victoria Market's Queen's Food Hall (shop FC 77), run by Simon Shao — known locally as "Simon Potato" for his Twistto Korean twist-potato stand at the market. Shao draws on Wuxi heritage to hand-make Shanghai dumplings, xiao long bao, yangchun noodles and wontons using produce bought fresh from the market each morning; CBD News notes a $10 dumpling deal before 11am on trading days. The counter also sells fluffy soufflé pancakes and milk tea under the Toyoki brand linked from the official QVM trader page. Counter-service only with shared Food Hall seating — no bookings.
