The Borek Shop is a long-running Turkish borek and gozleme stall in Queen Victoria Market's Dairy Produce Hall (shops 93–96), trading on market days with boreks made fresh on site. The official QVM store lists cheese-and-spinach, lamb-and-potato, and other roundabout boreks plus cooked-to-order gozleme, zucchini fritters, and wraps at budget prices. Google Maps lists the stall as operational under the name "Boreks"; cash is commonly used at the counter though the QVM online store accepts card payments for click-and-collect.
