The Black Sheep Stall serves authentic Greek spit-roasted meats at the Queen Victoria Night Market every Wednesday evening. Premium cuts of chicken, lamb, and pork are hand-marinated and slowly cooked over organic Mallee Root charcoal on an open spit rotisserie, then served as souvlaki plates with house-made garlic dip, salad, chips, and pita bread.
