Tbilisi is an independent Georgian restaurant on Centre Road in Bentleigh East, run from a bilingual English/Russian website and kitchen focused on communal Caucasus dining. Signature plates include broth-filled khinkali, adjaruli khachapuri, lamb chakapuli, flame-grilled shashlik and lulya kebab, plus pkhali, kharcho, satsivi and set menus for groups of four or more. Dinner runs Thursday through Sunday from 2pm (Thu and Sun until 9pm, Fri–Sat until 10pm per the official site); Monday to Wednesday are closed. Tables book via resOS or phone; groups of eight or more should call ahead. A 10% weekend and public holiday surcharge applies.
