About Us
Tbilisi is an independent Georgian restaurant on Centre Road in Bentleigh East, run from a bilingual English/Russian website and kitchen focused on communal Caucasus dining. Dinner runs Thursday through Sunday from 2pm (Thu and Sun until 9pm, Fri–Sat until 10pm per the official site); Monday to Wednesday are closed. Tables book via resOS or phone; groups of eight or more should call ahead. A 10% weekend and public holiday surcharge applies.
