Turkish bakery at Preston Market's Mary Street entrance, run by mother-and-daughter Tammy and Tanya Kaygisiz. Both vegan, they bake handmade borek, gozleme and pide on-site daily — mostly plant-based fillings with one cheese-and-spinach exception — plus rotating sweets, dolmades, cabbage rolls, soups and baklava. Counter-service with outdoor tables; Broadsheet and VICE note weekend queues and sell-out-by-midday trade typical of market days.
