Tahina Bar is a compact, fully vegetarian street-food spot on Northcote's High Street serving Israeli-inspired dishes. The menu centres on hand-rolled falafels stuffed into warm pita pockets, shakshuka in red and green variations, and a range of salads and roasted vegetables — all dressed in house-made tahini, amba, and zhoug. Nearly everything can be made vegan or gluten-free. The vibe is casual and affordable, with bar seating inside and a newer outdoor parklet deck.
