About Super Rapsa
Super Rapsa is a Filipino restaurant in Dandenong founded in 2017 by Chef Jason, who trained in the Philippines and aboard cruise ships before establishing what he describes as Melbourne's first Filipino ala carte dining room. The menu centres on traditional dishes including kare-kare (peanut-sauce stew with bagnet or beef), sinigang, sisig, pancit palabok, lumpia, inihaw na pusit, and bulalo. The restaurant seats up to 150 guests and also offers catering for weddings, birthdays, and private events.
