About Us
Stavros Souvlaki is a Greek souvlaki bar on the St Kilda beachfront boardwalk, located within the Sea Baths complex at Jacka Boulevard. The venue specialises in spit-roasted lamb and chicken served as souvlaki or gyros, accompanied by a range of handmade Greek sauces — tzatziki, hummus, eggplant, tahini, and garlic — prepared daily from traditional family recipes. Al fresco dining overlooking the beach is available, and the venue is open seven days a week from 10 am to 9 pm.
