Society occupies a dramatic dining room beneath hand-cut crystal chandeliers at 80 Collins Street, the centrepiece of Melbourne's premier CBD tower. The kitchen delivers European-rooted fine dining anchored in premium Australian produce — raw and chilled seafood including multiple oyster varieties and caviar service, fresh housemade pasta, wood-fired meats, and grand tableside presentations. The all-day à la carte menu is accompanied by a wine cellar holding more than 10,000 bottles, while an adjoining brasserie (Lillian) and lounge expand the offering for more casual visits.
