All-day American-style diner on Cecil Street inside South Melbourne Market (Shop 99), trading breakfast through dinner on Tuesdays–Sundays even when the market is closed. Smash burgers, Halifax lobster rolls, buttermilk pancake stacks, and Tommy's margaritas anchor the menu; the signature Smithburg burger was an Australia's Best Burger finalist. Thursday evenings bring two-for-one burgers from 5pm with vinyl on the turntable, and Golden Hour (Wed–Sun from 4pm) offers $10 margaritas.
