ShanDong MaMa Mini is a compact dumpling restaurant on Centre Place in Melbourne CBD, specialising in Shandong-style handmade dumplings — most notably the pan-fried Spanish mackerel dumpling — alongside pork and beef belly buns, sesame noodles, and a range of cold and hot Chinese side dishes. The menu celebrates the culinary traditions of Shandong province in northern China, where wheat-based dishes and bold, savoury flavours predominate. It is the smaller sibling of ShanDong MaMa at 200 Bourke Street, occupying a laneway spot within the Majorca Building.
