Sellamis French Tacos brings the street-food staple known as the French taco to Fitzroy. A grilled flour tortilla is folded around a generous fill of french fries, melted cheese, sauces, and a choice of protein — chicken, mince meat, mixed meats, or beans — then pressed flat on a griddle until golden. Optional extras include sujuk, Laughing Cow cheese, Doritos crisps, and Sauce Algérienne. Sizes run from Regular through Double to Chef's Special, and spice can be dialled from no-chilli to hot.
