About Us
Santito is a Mexico City-inspired taqueria at 174 Smith Street, Collingwood, making corn tortillas from scratch using nixtamalised heirloom corn. The menu centres on tacos including al pastor spit-roasted pork, with drinks spanning classic Mexican beers such as Tecate and Modelo alongside margaritas in multiple variations. The venue occupies a white-tiled space (formerly Hotel Jesus) with a private dining room downstairs, open Tuesday through Sunday from 5pm.
