Sama is a Lebanese restaurant nestled inside the historic Grandview Hotel in Fairfield, operated by the El-Fahkri family who have owned the pub since 2000. The menu is built around charcoal-grilled skewers — chicken shish, lamb kafta, and market fish — alongside a full mezze spread featuring hummus, baba ghanoush, labne, and house pickles. Signature mains include six-hour braised beef cheek moghrabieh and the signature whitebait fatteh. Shared banquet menus are available at $65 or $80 per person.
