About Royal Stacks
Royal Stacks is a Melbourne-born fast-casual burger restaurant that opened its first store on Collins Street in 2016. Founded after owner Dani's formative trip through America sampling burgers, it serves American-style smash burgers, shakes, and sides in a polished dine-in setting. The brand is known for its pop-culture references and theatrical in-store activations, having transformed its Collins Street location into themed experiences including a Blockbuster video store and a Coming to America barbershop. It has since expanded to multiple Melbourne locations.
