A subterranean dining and wine destination beneath the Rodd & Gunn store on Little Collins Street. The space splits into two areas: a dedicated cellar showcasing New Zealand and select Australian wines available by the glass or bottle, and an Italian-inspired wine bar with checkerboard floors, bluestone walkways, and intimate booth seating. The kitchen turns out house-made pasta, aperitivi, and grilled proteins, while the cocktail programme — designed by Matt Bax's Cocktail Laboratory — adds artful, ingredients-led drinks to the mix.
