About Quang Vinh

Quang Vinh is a long-running Vietnamese BYO on Alfrieda Street in central St Albans — a large, busy dine-in room (The Age noted capacity for about 200) known for pho, hu tieu and mi (wet or dry), broken-rice plates, salt-and-pepper chicken ribs, and tomato-rice combos. Mappaus reviewers highlight grilled pork chop on broken rice and salt-and-pepper ribs; Uber Eats (June 2026) lists an extensive bilingual menu with com tam, tomato-rice plates, bun bo hue and noodle soups at roughly $21–23. Order online via quangvinhonline.com.au (FoodHub) or Uber Eats; call (03) 9366 4147. Facebook page Quang Vinh | St Albans covers Vietnamese and Chinese-style dining; no verified venue Instagram handle found.

From diners

  • Our Filipino World Travelers group had a spread to share: beef brisket, salt and pepper pork chops, special fried rice, and beef and vegetable chow mein noodles. Everything was hearty, tasty, and very filling. I paired it all with a Bo Già Dừa, a rich avocado and young coconut drink blended with milk cream, which was a lush, dessert-like finish to the meal.
