About Dolan Uyghur Cuisine

Halal Uyghur restaurant on Lonsdale Street near Hardware Lane, trading as Pasta Khan — the Melbourne rebrand of Dolan Uyghur Cuisine after relocating from the earlier Little Lonsdale Street room (Time Out, 2020). Counter-service dining centres on Silk Road hand-pulled noodles, natural-charcoal lamb skewers (kawap), cumin-heavy lamb plates, gosh nan pastries, and wok-tossed noodle bowls rather than Cantonese banquet food. EatClub lists an active dine-in menu and offers through June 2026 with EatClub reviews through 21 April 2026; a December 2025 dine-in visit report confirms the Lonsdale Street room is open with halal signage. Time Out’s Ramadan guide (March 2025) names ahchiq quruq chop, charcoal lamb skewers, and gosh nan as must-orders. Lunch and dinner Tuesday–Sunday 11:30am–3:00pm and 5:00pm–9:30pm; closed Monday (EatClub, Apple Maps, OpenStreetMap, and dolanuyghurcuisine.com.au contact page align). pastakhan.com and dolancuisine.com.au serve the Pasta Khan rebrand site; the legacy dolanuyghurcuisine.com.au menu remains live. Uber Eats has listed the venue unavailable for delivery since June 2024 — dine-in and EatClub offers remain active.
