Past/Port is a South-East Asian restaurant and rooftop bar occupying levels 2 and 3 of the Waterside Hotel on Flinders Street. Executive Chef Sarah Chan leads a menu that draws on the culinary traditions of Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia, using Australian produce.
