About Us

Park Street Pasta & Wine is a neighbourhood Italian pasta and wine bar in a historic 1880s corner building at 268 Park Street on the corner of Perrins Street, South Melbourne. Luca Balbo, Tommaso Bartoli, Lino Torre and Matteo Balbo run the venue; head chef Tommaso Bartoli draws on Tuscan roots for a concise seasonal menu. All pasta is handmade in-house in traditional fatta a mano style, paired with a curated list of Italian, international and local wines. Inside there is bar and dining-room seating, an upstairs private event space (The Lombardy Room), a terrazzo patio and an outdoor deck with festoon lighting.
