About Paris Go Bistro
A long-running French bistro in Carlton operated by chef-owner Gabriel Dimitriadis, who has spent 25 years cooking classic French dishes. The menu spans cold and hot entrees — oysters, snails, steak tartare, house-made terrines and charcuterie — through to mains of duck confit, wagyu porterhouse and boeuf bourguignon. Produce is sourced by the chef personally at wholesale markets. The room is intimate with white-linen tables and vintage French travel posters.
