Parco Ramen is a Japanese ramen restaurant with two Melbourne locations — Moonee Ponds and Collingwood — that grew out of a lockdown pop-up run by head chef Federico Congiu. The kitchen makes all broths and noodles from scratch, with a menu spanning rich ramen varieties including a signature SA crayfish miso lobster broth, torishio chicken broths, and a vegan soy miso option, alongside Japanese snacks like takoyaki, gyoza, and chicken karaage. The restaurant has been recognised by Time Out (four stars) and SMH Good Food, which singled out the lobster ramen as a standout dish.
