Family-owned Sicilian-inspired paninoteca on Gaffney Street in Coburg North, run by brothers David and Rob since 2016 with recipes from their mother Carmela and childhood trips to Italy. House-made deli cuts, grilled meats (scotch fillet, pork belly, pork-and-fennel sausage, kangaroo), and condiments fill toasted Italian rolls—classic prosciutto, meatballs, cotoletta, and salami, with vegetarian and vegan options. Snacks include arancini, great-nonno marinated olives, and hand-cut chips with freshly grated pecorino; espresso, kid-sized panini, and a rear courtyard across from Harmony Park. Counter service with phone and Square online ordering; Mon–Sat lunch from 9:00am until 2:30pm or sold out.
