Executive chef Oliver Gould and head chef Jack Tildesley frame the menu with Italian-leaning má pequeño plates (stracciatella, arancini, house pasta), empanadas, and a Mendoza-focused wine list in a moody dining room that still shows Marchetti's 1991 Tuscan mural uncovered during the fit-out.
