About Us

San Telmo Group's Argentinian steakhouse in the former Apartment building on Little Bourke Street — a 130-seat, split-level room by Ewert Leaf centred on Melbourne's first circular asado fire pit and a charcoal parrilla for O'Connor's premium pasture-fed beef, Gippsland lamb, and whole-roast specials. Executive chef Oliver Gould and head chef Jack Tildesley frame the menu with Italian-leaning má pequeño plates (stracciatella, arancini, house pasta), empanadas, and a Mendoza-focused wine list in a moody dining room that still shows Marchetti's 1991 Tuscan mural uncovered during the fit-out. Book via SevenRooms (two-hour sittings; groups of eight or more on Fri–Sat call or email info@palermo.melbourne); walk-ins when space allows.
