OPPEN is a Scandinavian-inspired day-and-night venue beside Windsor station, run by husband-and-wife chefs Zume Pham and Amy Vo after travels through Denmark, Norway and Sweden. By day it is a hygge-toned brunch cafe with Disciple Roasters coffee, smørrebrød-style open sandwiches on housemade rye, the shareable Scandi Board, and all-day plates such as chilli scramble and ham hock hash. Thursday through Saturday it reopens as a cosy wine bar (OPPEN By Night) with cocktails, a curated wine list, and a dinner menu spanning small plates to substantial mains — including a Thursday steak-on-carbonara special. The fit-out pairs raw oak, stone and muted pink walls with communal tables a short walk from Chapel Street.
