OMI’s ~600 sqm Melbourne CBD flagship at Tenancy 4, 376 Lonsdale Street (also signed as 380 Lonsdale St) unites five in-house concepts under one roof: OMI Wagyu (signature wagyu donburi, premium A5 cuts, izakaya plates, hotpots, ramen and udon), OMI Bēkarī & gelato (melon pan, shokupan, canelés, matcha gelato at three intensities), OMI Matcha (traditional matcha lattes, Matcha Daydream, Five Senses coffee), and OMI Saké (sake tasting sets and sake-forward cocktails). Full-service dine-in with Inline reservations and a walk-in queue; Uber Eats lists the same tenancy for delivery and pickup. This slug is the Lonsdale flagship only — not Emporium, Chadstone, Melbourne Central, or other OMI mall sites. Hours per official locations (Jun 2026): Mon–Thu and Sun 10:00am–10:00pm (kitchen last orders 9:00pm); Fri–Sat 10:00am–1:00am (last orders midnight). Google Maps and directories list Fri–Sat door close at 11:00pm — treat official last-order times as authoritative for kitchen service.
