Russian and Eastern European restaurant on Glen Huntly Road in Elsternwick, named for Saint Petersburg’s Nevsky Prospekt. Under new ownership in 2026 the venue trades as Nevsky Eastern European while keeping the former chef’s menu and staff, with downstairs à la carte and banquet seating around an open fireplace and an upstairs function room for Russian-style share menus. The indexed menu spans borscht, Siberian pelmeni, golubtsi, beef stroganoff, chicken tabaka, lamb pilov with lula kebab and khachapuri, with most dishes available gluten-free on request. Fully licensed with cocktails, wines and imported beers.
