About Us

Naru Yakitori is Helix Group’s binchotan yakitori house on Little Bourke in the CBD — a charcoal-focused Japanese grill room where skewers are cooked to order and the chicken program centres on 120-day slow-grown cockerel (skin, wing, thigh, liver, tail and more from about $6–9 each on the published menu). The à la carte menu also runs appetisers such as karaage with yuzu aioli, kingfish–salmon–tuna–snapper sashimi platters, sushi rolls, A5 Kagoshima wagyu steak ($90), unagi kabayaki ($42) and miso toothfish, with lunch service about 12:00–2:30pm and dinner 6:00–9:30pm per Google Maps (Helix brand posts note lunch sets from about 11:30am), and evenings offering curated omakase or full à la carte yakitori by reservation via SevenRooms.
