Mya Tiger is a Cantonese restaurant on Level 2 of the Hotel Esplanade in St Kilda, inspired by the Chinese cook-shops of Melbourne's 1850s gold rush era. The menu centres on share-style feasts — dumplings, Peking duck, yum cha on weekends — with sweeping views over St Kilda and Port Phillip Bay. The space is built for long nights, with cocktails, DJs and live music accessible downstairs in the wider hotel. Closed Mondays; open for lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday.
