Mr. Mills is a basement cocktail bar tucked beneath Melbourne Place laneway in the CBD, accessed via a chartreuse staircase inside Marmelo or a separate laneway entrance. The space combines moody, intimate interiors with a curved marble bar, plush lounge seating, and a signature red neon fish logo. The cocktail program — led by Peter Bosen — rotates between sharp spirit-forward serves and brighter seasonal builds, with a Sipper Club offer running 5–9pm daily pairing miniature cocktails with small bites at $18. Kitchen output focuses on coastal Spanish snacks: yellow fin tuna escabeche, smoked eel pate, rock oysters, a Bikini (Catalan toasted sandwich), Marcona almonds, and a curated cheese and cold meats board. DJs play Thursday through Saturday into the late hours.
