Since 2013, Mesa Verde has traded on level six of Curtin House above Swanston Street—a saloon-style Mexican restaurant and agave bar with Mark Douglass pendant lighting (Broadsheet), rotating DJs, and a Raw Bar where guests can sit at the pass (official bookings page). Shareable modern-Mexican plates on the June 2026 menu include Baja fish tacos, tomato-lime snapper ceviche, lamb barbacoa tacos, and a seven-plate chef's selection ($94pp with optional $39pp pairing) required for reservations of eight or more. A reduced menu is available from 4pm and full à la carte from 5pm Tue–Sat. Weekly promos include $10 Margarita de la Casa happy hour 4–6pm on open nights, $5 tacos from 4pm Tuesdays, and a $35 O'Connor sirloin steak night Wednesdays (official site, June 2026).
