Melbourne Arancini is a family-run Sicilian street food maker based in Tullamarine, founded by Paul and Laura Muscara. They handcraft traditional arancini from arborio rice using a family recipe, filling each ball with flavours such as four-cheese broccolini, bolognese ragù, chicken leek mushroom, and arrabiata. Products are sold fresh or frozen for pickup and are also stocked at select Melbourne venues.
