Marmont is a day-to-night riverside venue on the Crown Riverwalk in Southbank, created in partnership with hospitality figure Grant Smillie. The menu draws on Californian cooking with Latin American and Filipino-American influences, centred on seafood and vibrant small plates. The space combines an alfresco terrace overlooking the Yarra River and city skyline with a curated cocktail list and live vinyl DJ sets, operating from midday through to late most days of the week.
