Marios is a long-standing Italian cafe-restaurant on Brunswick Street in Fitzroy, established in 1986 by two Italian-Australian waiters. It serves classic Italian dishes — pasta, risotto, mains — alongside a broad all-day breakfast menu available until 5pm, and an eclectic cellar of local and international wines. The walls double as a rotating gallery of mostly local and emerging artists, selected by curatorial input.
