Carolina Group’s playful modern Italian on Russell Place—the 2020 reboot of the former Sarti space by co-owners Joe Mammone, Michael Badr and Marco Tenuta, with Executive Chef Geoff Martin’s house-made pasta and antipasti kitchen. The laneway venue seats about 80 across a marble communal bar, main dining room, 24-seat private room and a weatherproof terrace with retractable roof.
