About Manzé

Intimate Mauritian restaurant and natural-wine bar on Errol Street, co-owned by Mauritius-born chef Nagesh Seethiah with artist Jason Phu and writer Osman Faruqi. Seasonal lunch and dinner set menus weave Creole, French, South Indian, and Hakka Chinese island influences through Victorian seafood and produce, with natural wines and Mauritian rhums. About 25 seats in a former pizzeria; reservations via OpenTable with a few walk-in spots when available. Good Food Guide Critics' Pick (15.5/20); 2025 Young Chef of the Year Saavni Krishnan is sous chef here. Sister natural-wine bar Boire operates across the street at 8 Errol Street for casual snacks and drinks.
