Small-format Caribbean bar and kitchen on Glen Huntly Road in Elwood, run by chef Stephanie (Steff) Kamener and partner Martin. Steff's Jamaican heritage and Michelin-trained London background shape a menu of jerk chicken, curry goat on the bone, ackee and saltfish, rice and peas, plantain and beef patties, with house chilli sauces from mild Disdamildwan through the signature Voodoo range and a rum-focused bar. Standing dinner service is Wednesday and Thursday evenings; bookings via OpenTable on the official site. The venue also hosts private functions and leases the kitchen to other operators by day; retail Mama Blu chilli sauces and Blue Jamaica marinades extend the brand.
