Mahjong Restaurant is a long-established Chinese dining room on Fitzroy Street in St Kilda, open for nearly fifteen years. The menu draws on China's regional traditions — Cantonese roast duck and dumplings, Sichuan-spiced noodles, Xi'an-style dishes, and Uyghur beef — served in a contemporary space with floor-to-ceiling windows and a marble bar. Yum-cha staples sit alongside larger share plates and a late-night bar menu. Bookings are available for lunch and dinner Tuesday to Sunday.
