About Little House

Little House is a 62-seat wine bar and restaurant on Smith Street in Collingwood, opened in May 2026. Head chef Federico Carnevale runs a seasonal menu built around zero-waste principles and native Australian ingredients, with Italian and European technique applied to dishes like brick chicken with eucalyptus honey and lemon myrtle, Amatriciana supplì with Fremantle octopus, and tuna crudo from Bass Strait. The drinks program led by sommelier Chris Winter centres on Victorian producers with select international bottles. The space includes an open kitchen, full-length bar, and a small al fresco area.
