Korya is a 100% gluten-free Asian fusion restaurant and bar in Brunswick East, fully accredited by Coeliac Australia. The menu spans Japanese, Vietnamese, and Thai dishes — gyoza, okonomiyaki, chicken karaage, Vietnamese beef stew, lemongrass pork, and Thai red curry — designed for sharing alongside handcrafted cocktails and premium sake. It is an entirely dinner-only venue, open seven nights a week from the afternoon into the evening.
