Kōri Ice Cream is a Japanese-inspired ice cream shop founded by pastry chefs Joane Yeoh and Bernard Chu, known for its small-batch, handcrafted scoops using natural ingredients and no artificial colours or flavours. The menu draws on Japanese dessert traditions with flavours such as matcha, yuzu, and hōjicha, alongside rotating bi-weekly specials and vegan options. Kōri operates two fixed Melbourne locations: the original CBD store on Bourke Street and a second 'ice cream listening room' on Chapel Street in Windsor.
