About Us
Kitchen by Quin is a modern Vietnamese restaurant on Chapel Street in Windsor, directly opposite Windsor train station. Headed by chef Quin Vu, the kitchen serves traditional Vietnamese fare — pho, rice paper rolls, spring rolls, bao buns, and grilled skewers — made with quality ingredients including wagyu beef. The restaurant is fully licensed with BYO wine permitted, and offers dine-in, takeaway, and delivery.
